Is it Infiniti or INFINITI?

It seems that Infiniti uses the conventional rules of capitalization unless directly under circumstances involving marketing parameters. When those parameters, whatever they may be, are in play then Infiniti seems to appear in all caps as INFINITI. Any people knowledgeable in this kind of stuff? Is it Infiniti or is it INFINITI?

Parameters, not perimeters.

The capitalization appears to be consistent across the Infiniti USA website.

I don’t know about that brand, but what about Fiat or FIAT (F abbrica I taliana A utomobili T orino)? Capitalizing Infiniti doesn’t make sense, but doing the same to FIAT does since it’s an acronym. But then again, LASER has become laser (and by proxy the annoying verb ‘lase’), so what do I know...
